In our extensive strength and conditioning area we have e.g. 16 lifting floors, aerobic area including exercise bikes, WATT bikes, treadmills and rowing equipment, and an wall for medicine ball throwing.

Some weights and lifting areas

To enable as smooth and convenient daily routines for all, we prefer providing regular shifts in our sport facilities. Thus, the practice facilities are not rented as individual reservations.
